Key Instructions

  1. Do Not Adjust the Template Size:
Please do not modify the dimensions of the provided template. Altering the size may cause your digital poster to appear distorted or incorrectly scaled, affecting its visual quality and legibility when displayed.
  2. Maintain Portrait Orientation:
Ensure the content remains in portrait orientation to match the physical screen dimensions. The screen is designed to display content in portrait mode, so rotating the poster may result in improper display and cut-off of content.
  3. Content Guidelines:
    • Images: Ensure your images are high resolution, at least 72 DPI, for clear and sharp visuals. Avoid stretching or compressing images to fit the layout.
    • Text: Use legible fonts and sizes appropriate for digital display. Ensure the text is large enough to be easily readable from a distance.
    • Spacing: Leave enough margin space around your content to prevent it from being cut off during display. Avoid placing important information too close to the edges of the template.
  4. File Format:
Save and upload your final digital poster in PPTX (PowerPoint), PNG, JPEG or PDF format. These formats retain the image quality and are widely compatible with digital screens.
