Teaching Innovations in Biomedical Engineering
We are pleased to announce that there will be a Themed Session at BioMedEng26 on the topic of Teaching Innovations in Biomedical Engineering, chaired by Dr Alison Harvey (University of Manchester) and Dr Anita Ghag (University of Birmingham).
Session Overview
This themed session highlights novel and inspiring approaches to teaching, learning and the student experience in relation to biomedical engineering, biomaterials, and clinical translation. We aim to provide an opportunity for sharing of ideas and discussion of approaches.
Call for Abstracts
Educators are invited to submit abstracts that share case studies of teaching innovations, reflections on shifts in teaching and/or content, or discussions of challenges within the areas of teaching, learning and student experience, or interdisciplinary teaching approaches.
Session Format
The session will comprise of a series of 6 short oral presentations with time for questions. Abstracts for Posters are also welcomed.
